Shipping & Returns

Here’s what to know about mailing dates, addresses, and getting help with an order.

Mailing schedule

Letters are mailed on the 15th of each month. Sign up by the 15th to receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will be mailed on the 15th of the following month.

Gift orders

For a gift subscription, the date selected at checkout is the date the letter will be shipped. It is not the date the letter is expected to arrive, so please allow time for delivery.

Shipping addresses

Please check that your shipping address is complete and up to date before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible.
